Total Specific Solutions has acquired the Application Security business unit of Rohde & Schwarz, based in France
Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) has acquired Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity France, a former Rohde & Schwarz company. This is the 14th company joining TSS in the French-speaking market and TSS’s first dedicated cybersecurity company.
Netherlands software vendor Total Specific Solutions (TSS), a subsidiary of Canadian Topicus.com Inc. which is itself a subsidiary of Canadian vertical software vendor Constellation Software Inc. (CSI), has acquired Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity France in April.
This is its fourteenth acquisition of a French-speaking software company, but also its first in the cybersecurity field.
Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity France is an entity formed from the acquisition of French software vendor DenyAll in January 2017 by Rohde & Schwarz, a German group specializing in testing and measurement tools.
